I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and approachable. Shout out to the concierge, his high energy and excellent service made my stay more fun. The location of the hotel was also convenient and the pool was relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy bedding, great pool, friendly staff, and convenient location for adventure parks. Staff, including the bar staff, were remembered from the previous day. Had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great in-house restaurant with delicious crabs and prawns, fantastic swimming pools including one with a sandy beach and bottom.

This hotel has truly luxurious amenities that satisfied our every need. From the impeccable service to the delicious restaurant and bar, we felt like royalty. the swimming pool and aqua park were stunning and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

One minor issue we experienced was with the outdoor swimming pool - it was not as well-maintained as we would have liked. this did not detract from our overall luxurious experience at the hotel.

Located conveniently near the monorail, Resorts World Sentosa - Hard Rock Hotel Singapore offers easy access to the main island and family-based activities. From the hotel, guests can easily reach the three main attractions on Sentosa island, including the S.E.A Aquarium, Universal Studios Singapore, and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for families. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a fantastic swimming pool area, complete with a beach pool and jacuzzi.

Despite the hotel's many positive aspects, the front desk service could be more attentive and efficient.

The pool area was awesome, especially for kids since there were shallow pools. The buffet breakfast was great and there were friendly staff at the Kids' Club. It was a bit disappointing that the Kids' Club only catered to kids 3+, as younger kids also need babysitting.

This hotel provides luxurious and exclusive amenities. the swimming pool area is stunning, with a fantastic outdoor area to relax and enjoy the sun. the room advantages are superb, with high-end facilities and beautifully furnished interiors. the restaurant and bar areas were incredible, with a wide range of dishes and drinks to choose from, all of excellent quality. the service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff readily available to assist you with your every need. The location advantages were outstanding, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the snack bar. Although the food was good quality, it was somewhat overpriced, making it a less attractive option.
